By downloading, installing, or using SafeSleep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
SafeSleep helps childcare providers perform and document periodic safe sleep checks for napping children. The app includes timers, questionnaires, and record-keeping features to support safe sleep practices.
SafeSleep is a support tool only. It does not replace the training, judgment, or direct supervision required of childcare professionals. You are solely responsible for:
Nothing in SafeSleep is medical advice. If a child shows signs of distress, breathing difficulty, or any other health concern, seek immediate medical attention. Do not rely on the app to evaluate a child's health.
All data entered into SafeSleep is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any records and backups required by your licensing authority. SafeSleep does not guarantee data preservation. If your device is lost, damaged, or the app is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
SafeSleep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of SafeSleep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you continue using the app after those changes, you are agreeing to the revised terms.
