SafeSleep is designed with your privacy in mind. The app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All information you enter stays entirely on your device.
All data created within SafeSleep — including student names, dates of birth, sleep check logs, LIC 9227 records, and group configurations — is stored locally on your device using iOS on-device storage. No data is sent to us or any third party.
SafeSleep does not collect:
SafeSleep does not integrate with any third-party services, advertising networks, analytics platforms, or cloud storage providers. The app makes no network requests.
SafeSleep is a tool used by childcare providers to monitor children's safe sleep. While the app handles information about children (names and sleep check data), this information is stored exclusively on the provider's device and is never transmitted externally. SafeSleep complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by not collecting any data from or about children online.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete individual records within the app, or remove all data by deleting the app from your device.
If we make changes to this privacy policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If future versions of SafeSleep introduce features that involve data collection or transmission, we will update this policy before those features are released.
